Charms give you extra abilities when you equip them. Charms can only be equipped at a bench.

Fury of the Fallen
Fury can be found early in the game in a secret area. This charm makes you deal more damage when you’re down to a single mask of health.
Wayward Compass
Purchase in Dirtmouth from Iselda after you’ve met Cornifer. The cost is 220 Geo. This charm shows you where you are on the map when you have it equipped.
Lifeblood Heart
Adds 2 masks of health. Sold by Salubra.
Grubberyfly’s Elegy
Aquired when you find all the grubs in Hollow Knight and return to the Grub Father. When you’re at full health, this gives you a ranged attack with your nail that deals 50% damage. Combined with Lifeblood Heart this doesn’t count the extra 2 masks of Lifeblood as your base health so you can get hit twice (using up your Lifeblood) and still retain the effect.
Glowing Womb
Requires Crystal Dash to get this or you need to be able to Spike Tunnel.
Thorns of Agony
Thorns of Agony is found in Greenpath but can only be accessed (by most players) once they’ve beat Hornet and have earned Mothwing Cloak (Dash). Thorns of Agony does area of effect damage to enemies close to you when you get hit.
Advance players looking for a challenge may use the stall created by spells to get to Thorns of Agony without needing Dash.
One caveat is that Thorns of Agony can stall you in the air and make some platforming harder.
Deep Focus
Deep Focus is found in Crystal Peaks.
Fragile Strength
This charm increases your Nail Damage in a similar method to Fury of the Fallen. This charm is purchased from Leg Eater for 200 Geo.
You can turn this into Unbreakable Strength in The Grimm Troupe DLC by giving it to Divine and then purchasing it back from her for 15,00 Geo.
Fragile Greed
Fragile Greed increases the amount of Geo that is dropped by enemies. This is purchased from Leg Eater for 200 Geo.
You can turn this into Unbreakable Greed by giving it to Divine and purchasing it back for 9,000 Geo.
Fragile Heart
Fragile Heart increases The Knight’s health by two masks. Like all other fragile charms, you get this by purchasing it from Leg Eater in the Fungal Wastes for 350 Geo.
You can turn this charm into Unbreakable Heart in The Grimm Troupe DLC by giving it to Divine and then purchasing it back from her for 12,00 Geo.
Hiveblood
Hiveblood helps regenerate life when you get damaged. A hit will take away a mask, but notice that it’s still partially filled. Hiveblood will regenerate this mask if you don’t get hit before it regenerates (10 seconds). This stacks with Joni’s Blessing in that it will heal the masks provided by the charm, though it takes 20 seconds to heal these extra Masks of health.
Hiveblood does not affect extra Masks provided by Lifeblood Cocoons.
Hiveblood is acquired in the Hive by defeating the Hive Knight.
Joni’s Blessing
Sharp Shadow
Use this with Shade Cloak to dash through enemies and deal damage at the same time. This increases the distance of your dash, so it can make some of the platforming harder.
